3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must contact our sales team and be approved for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Professional Plan: $45 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing starting at $30-40 per lead
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are available within 30 days subject to our refund policy

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

• Express genuine interest in your products or services
• Meet our 95%+ quality score threshold

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws

• Misleading or deceptive advertising practices
• Harassment or discrimination
• Violation of third-party rights

7. Data Privacy and Protection

8. Intellectual Property

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

SynapseFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms. Upon termination, you will receive any prepaid unused services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
